We believe that Leadership is a decision and not a position. 

Leaders For Life is a community of people who have decided to be a leader and lead from wherever they are right now! 

Once we've made the decision to "Be a Leader", all we need to do is to continue to learn the strategy / tactics of how to be the best leader we can be, from our peers and pioneers.
